I have the same thoughts you do….everyday! But I made the decision to stop giving them power by feeding and believing them. I made the decision to live a better life –the one that God has designed for me to live and I want to help you do the same!
But it wasn't always this way...
 I know how it feels to slowly gain weight every day and feel like crap... I didn’t realize it was happening, but then 10-15-20 pounds had crept on - I felt Ashamed. Tired. Frustrated. Fat. Bloated. Nothing fit, and I hated shopping.

I finally hit a point where I either had to go buy a size 14 or I had to lose the weight and stop the disaster. 

I had to get control of the lifestyle choices and stick to something. I had to stop blaming others for my actions and take ownership.

Realistic Nutrition Plan

This isn't a boring, restrictive meal plan - it is about teaching you healthy lifestyle habits so you can get & sustain your results! This is a journey to a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. 

We will work through 1 habit at a time related to your nutrition and I will help you learn how to eat healthy without complicated calorie counting, point counting, or weighing your food. Not to mention I've got some pretty tasty recipes to share with you too! 

Mindset Tools

You will receive tools to help you get, and stay, in a good mental state - but you have to utilize the tools. 

The mind tries to sell you lies everyday so it is is a continuous process and you will continue to work on your mindset after the 12 week program. Most of my clients work with me for 12 months as a  lifestyle transformation takes time... mastering your mindset comes easier for some than others, but no matter where you are today - it is possible to break free from the mental games. 

Sustainable Confidence

This isn't a 21 day fix and then back to square 1... this is a plan that will teach you lessons you can use forever... not only that, you can review those lessons and worksheets over and over again. 

You will be confident in the decisions you make each day. You will learn ways to coach yourself toward living more fully in the present moment, deal with negative thoughts and deceptive lies the mind tries to sell you, and reign in the power of your inner critic.
